Have you assayed if this SC-35 antibody actually targets SRRM2 (not SRSF2)? A 2020 eLife suggests that this antibody targets SRRM2, SRSF7, as well as cross-reactivity with some other SR proteins. https://elifesciences.org/articles/60579

I would like to use sc-53518 antibody for frozen mouse brain sample to staining Purkinje cells. But I cannot find the reference about mouse Purkinje cells. Do you have some references?

I am using p-SC35 (SC-35): sc-53518 monoclonal antibody to stain paraffin embedded tissue. Do you recommend antigen retrieval when using this antibody?
