p-Rb抗体（A-5）是一种IgG2bκ小鼠单克隆p-Rb单克隆抗体（也称为p-Rb或RB1抗体），通过WB、IP、IF、IHC（p）和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的Ser 249和Thr 252双磷酸化Rb。p-Rb抗体（A-5）可以是非偶联的抗p-Rb的抗体形式，以及多种偶联形式的抗-p-Rb抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。儿童癌症视网膜母细胞瘤和其他人类肿瘤的形成可归因于视网膜母细胞癌肿瘤抑制基因（Rb）的突变。Rb蛋白通过协调G1-S的细胞周期与转录机制来调节分化、凋亡和细胞周期控制。在G1期，细胞周期蛋白D依赖性激酶介导的Rb在Ser 795的磷酸化标志着Rb从转录抑制性的低磷酸化状态转化为无活性的磷酸化状态，这可以通过多达16个推定的丝氨酸或苏氨酸残基的差异磷酸化通过有丝分裂来维持，包括Ser 249/Thr 252、Thr 373、Thr 356、Ser 780，序列807/序列811和Thr 821/Thr 826。低磷酸化的Rb通过直接的蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用和组蛋白脱乙酰酶的募集来抑制控制细胞周期的基因的转录。

There was medium detection of a ~105 kDa target-sized protein in overnight serum-starved human A431 cells treated for 5 minutes with EGF on Western blots, and only significant cross-reactivity with ~45 kDa protein.
