p-PDGF受体β/PDGFR-β抗体(F-10)是一种IgG3 κ小鼠单克隆p-PDGFR-β抗体(也称为p-PDGFR-β抗体或PDGFRB抗体),能够通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA方法检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的Tyr 716磷酸化的PDGFR-β。p-PDGF受体β/PDGFR-β抗体(F-10)为非偶联形式的抗p-PDGFR-β抗体。血小板源性生长因子(PDGF)是一种对间充质和神经胶质来源细胞具有促有丝分裂作用的因子。PDGF由A和B两条链组成,这两条链可二聚化形成功能不同的异构体,即PDGF-AA、PDGF-AB和PDGF-BB。这三种异构体以不同的亲和力与α和β两种受体类型结合,这两种受体都具有蛋白酪氨酸激酶结构域,并且由于配体的结合而发生同源或异源二聚化。配体刺激PDGFR-β会导致Tyr 857(主要自磷酸化位点)和Tyr 751(主要体外磷酸化位点)的自磷酸化。位于激酶插入区的Tyr 751的自磷酸化对于磷脂酰肌醇-3激酶与受体的结合是必需的。这些自磷酸化事件在很大程度上促进了通过PDGF受体的信号转导。
