Hi I recently purchased this antibody, can I use this antibody for Immunofluorescence assay in cancer cell lines in vitro?

Thank you for your question. p-MEK-1/2 Antibody (7E10): sc-81503 is only recommended for detection of Ser 218 and 222 phosphorylated MEK-1 and Ser 222 and 226 phosphorylated MEK-2 of mouse, rat, human and canine origin by WB and IP. Based on our tests we do not recommend it for immunofluorescence.
