Thank you for your inquiry. We tested this antibody on formalin fixed, paraffin-embedded human cerebral cortex tissue by IHC, the result can be found on our website. There are also more than 100 citations for this antibody. However, we didn't run knock-out verification to verify the antibody's specificity.

How many amino acids in length is the antigen phosphopeptide of this antibody?

Can this antibody be used for IHC or IF on mouse tissue samples?

Unfortunately this antibody is not available directly conjugated for this type of application. See p-ERK (E-4): sc-7383 for p-ERK 1/2 antibody conjugates, including AC, HRP, FITC, PE, Alexa Fluor® 488 and Alexa Fluor® 647.
