p-Bcl-2抗体(C-2)是一种IgM κ小鼠单克隆p-Bcl-2抗体,它通过蛋白质印迹(WB)、免疫沉淀(IP)、免疫荧光(IF)、免疫组化(IHC-P)和酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的Ser 87磷酸化Bcl-2。p-Bcl-2抗体(C-2)以非偶联的抗p-Bcl-2抗体形式提供。细胞凋亡被定义为一系列级联反应,当这些反应被触发时,会编程细胞进行致命性变化,如细胞膜起泡、线粒体分解和DNA片段化。Bcl-2是细胞凋亡的许多关键调节因子之一,对正常发育、组织稳态和抵抗外来病原体至关重要。人类Bcl-2是一种抗凋亡的膜相关癌蛋白,可以通过与其他Bcl-2相关家族成员的蛋白质相互作用来促进细胞存活,如死亡抑制因子Bcl-xl、Mcl-1、Bcl-w和A1,或死亡激动剂Bax、Bak、Bik、Bad和Bid。Bcl-2的抗凋亡功能也可以通过蛋白水解加工和磷酸化来调节。Bcl-2可能通过稳定线粒体膜来干扰细胞色素c/Apaf-1通路的激活,从而促进细胞存活。Bcl-2基因的突变可能导致癌症的发生,因为在这种情况下,正常的生理性细胞死亡机制由于Bcl-2抗凋亡作用的失调而受到损害。

Rated 2 out of 5 by from 请问这支抗体在western blotting中具体的条带位置?说明书中说在26kd 而产品实验图中显示却在51kd略下一点。我们跑了L02细胞后,发现26KD完全酶有条带,而使在51KD略偏下 大概48KD左右每次都有清晰的条带,所以这个抗体到底的条带位置在哪儿?我们后续用于发表 应该怎么标记条带位置?
