How can this be specific for Orexin A when the pre-pro hormone Ox A/B is simply cleaved to produce mature Ox A and Ox B? Won't an Ox A antibody also react with the pre-pro hormone and therefore also show Ox B (and vice versa for any Ox B antibody)?

What is the recommended fixation method for immunofluorescence staining with Orexin-A (KK09): sc-80263 monoclonal antibody?
