核仁标记抗体(31C4)是一种IgG小鼠单克隆核仁标记抗体,可通过WB、IP和IF检测酿酒酵母来源的核仁标记蛋白。核仁标记抗体(31C4)可作为非偶联的抗核仁标记抗体。位于细胞核内的核仁是核糖体成分的合成和组装场所。它还负责在成熟过程中运输各种重要的小RNA物种,并促进其到达最终细胞目的地的途径。核仁也可能在细胞周期调控、肿瘤抑制因子和癌基因活性调控、信号识别颗粒组装、小RNA链修饰以及衰老控制和端粒酶功能调节中发挥作用。核仁大致呈球形,被一层浓缩的染色质包围;它没有通过任何类型的膜与核质分离。核仁由纤维中心(FC)、致密纤维成分(DFC)、颗粒成分(GC)和核糖体DNA组成。它含有独特的蛋白质,可能在核仁研究应用中起标记作用。
