Nucleobindin 2抗体（D-10）是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆Nucleobindin 2抗体（也称为Nucleobindin 2抗体），能够通过蛋白质印迹法（WB）、免疫沉淀法（IP）、免疫荧光法（IF）、免疫组织化学法（IHC(P)）和酶联免疫吸附测定（ELISA）检测人类来源的Nucleobindin 2蛋白。Nucleobindin 2抗体（D-10）既有非偶联形式的抗Nucleobindin 2抗体，也有多种偶联形式的抗Nucleobindin 2抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC以及多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。Nucleobindin 2，也称为NUCB2或NEFA，是一种含有420个氨基酸的蛋白质，主要在脾脏、睾丸和胃中表达。它定位于高尔基体和内质网（ER）的扁平囊，以及大脑中神经元的核膜上。Nucleobindin 2包含亮氨酸拉链和EF手性模体、两个螺旋-环-螺旋区域，以及一个碱性和一个酸性氨基酸区域。亮氨酸拉链结构和富含碱性氨基酸的区域负责DNA结合。它是一种高电荷蛋白质，通过其EF手性结构域结合Ca2+。Nucleobindin 2也在大鼠的下丘脑核中表达，这可能表明它在食欲控制中起作用。大脑中Nucleobindin 2向nesfatin-1的转化会减少大鼠的食物摄入量。Nesfatin-1被确定为一种饱腹分子，参与下丘脑中的黑皮质素信号传导。

I am using nucleobindin 2 (D-10): sc-376947 monoclonal antibody to stain paraffin embedded tissue. Do you recommend antigen retrieval when using this antibody?
