NK细胞标记抗体（ANK61）是一种IgG1小鼠单克隆NK细胞标记抗体（也称为大颗粒淋巴细胞（LGL）标记抗体、细胞毒性淋巴细胞标记抗体或自然杀伤（NK）细胞标记抗体），可通过IP、IF、IHC(P)和FCM检测小鼠和大鼠来源的NK细胞标记蛋白。NK细胞标记抗体（ANK61）可作为非偶联抗NK细胞标记抗体使用。自然杀伤细胞（NK）是大的、颗粒状的、骨髓来源的淋巴细胞，是先天免疫防御的组成部分。它们在干扰素或巨噬细胞衍生的细胞因子的作用下被激活。NK细胞不是直接破坏侵袭性微生物，而是攻击被微生物感染的细胞。NK细胞的细胞质中含有特殊的蛋白质，如称为颗粒酶的蛋白酶以及穿孔素。穿孔素在靶细胞膜上形成孔隙，允许颗粒酶、水和离子扩散到细胞中。这会导致细胞膨胀，直到最终在压力下裂解。缺乏NK细胞的个体极易感染疱疹病毒的早期阶段。

Can this be used for IHC-Frozen?

This primary antibody is recommended and warrantied for IF (immunofluorescent staining of fresh or frozen tissues or cells fixed in methanol or acetone), however we are still gathering data to show on our website. Check back for updates!

The datasheet says: 'NK Cell Marker (ANK61) is recommended for detection of activated and inactivated NK cells'. Is there any citation for this statement? Thanks!

Thank you for your question. This is a commercially available clone that has been reported to recognize both inactivated and activated NK cells. The antibody is directed against rat NK cell activation structures. Unfortunately I do not have a specific citation for this information. Can sc-59340: NK Cell Marker (ANK61) monoclonal antibody be used to stain formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections?

Thank you for your question. Yes, sc-59340: NK Cell Marker (ANK61) is recommended for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections.
