NHE-3抗体（53）是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆NHE-3抗体（也被称为NHE3抗体），可通过WB 和 IP检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的NHE-3蛋白。NHE-3抗体（53）既可以作为非偶联的抗NHE-3抗体形式提供，也可以作为多种偶联形式的抗NHE-3抗体提供，包括琼脂糖、HRP等。Na+/H+交换器1-8（也被称为NHE-1-8或Na+/H+反向转运蛋白）是膜整合蛋白，在大多数哺乳动物组织中表达，调节细胞内pH和细胞体积。NHE介导氢（H+）离子从细胞中排出，以换取细胞外的钠（Na+）离子。虽然NHE-1在各处普遍表达，但NHE的2-8型在组织和细胞类型上的表达具有特异性，并具有抑制特性。NHE-3定位于肾近端小管的顶端膜，负责大部分的钠转运和液体再吸收。当血压急剧升高时，NHE-3会转移到内部池，介导钠尿。NHE-3也在胃中表达，通过分泌扩散到粘液细胞中的质子来保护粘膜。

When should the TransCruz reagent sc-136368 X be used instead of the standard form sc-136368?

Thank you for your question. We recommend using the TransCruz reagent form when performing ChIP or GelShift assays. This form can also be used in other applications such as Western Blot or IHC, but the dilution should be adjusted by a factor of 10 to account for the higher original concentration.

Is this the same clone that sold by Transduction Laboratories and used in Kidney International 64 (2004), p2133-2141?

Thank you for your question. The (53) clone for NHE-3 is a published mouse monoclonal antibody that is commercially available from a variety of different sources. We have not been able to find the complete text of the article you cited, however if the materials and methods cite the 53 clone, then it is presumably the same antibody.
