NFAT(活化T细胞核因子)家族的转录因子调节T细胞中的细胞因子表达。该家族成员包括NFATc1(NFATc)、NFATc2(NFATp)、NFATn、NFATc3(NFAT4、NFATx)和NFATc4(NFAT3)。T细胞受体(TCR)对抗原的识别最终会激活钙依赖性蛋白磷酸酶钙调神经磷酸酶。一旦钙调神经磷酸酶被激活,它就会刺激NFATc1(细胞质)从细胞质易位到细胞核,在细胞核中与NFATn(核)结合。与NFATc1一样,NFATc2位于细胞质中,并在钙调神经磷酸酶被激活后易位到细胞核。一旦进入细胞核,NFATc2与AP-1转录因子协同作用,启动细胞因子基因的转录。NFATc3和NFATc4与其他NFAT家族成员具有65%的序列同一性。它们与NFATc2相似,也与AP-1蛋白家族协同作用。

I am using NFATc2 (1): sc-136206 for immunofluorescence, what dilution of this antibody should I use?
