Can NF-H (D-9): sc-137009 monoclonal antibody be used to stain formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections?

Thank you for your question. Yes, NF-H (D-9): sc-137009 has been validated for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections. Rated 5 out of 5 by from good workingThe antibody detect NF-H in mosue brain , I suggest transferred the protein onto PVDF membranes with a semi-dry transfer method, incubate the antibody with the membrance for 1hour at RT ,the expose time canbe controled at 1-5min.
