Netrin G1抗体（D-2）是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆Netrin G1抗体（也称为Laminet-1抗体或NTNG1抗体），可通过WB, IP, IF, IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的Netrin G1蛋白。Netrin G1抗体（D-2）既有非偶联形式的抗Netrin G1抗体，也有多种偶联形式的抗Netrin G1抗体，包括琼脂糖、辣根过氧化物酶（HRP）、藻红蛋白（PE）、异硫氰酸荧光素（FITC）和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。Netrin G1和Netrin G2，也被称为laminet-1和laminet-2，是参与突触形成和维持的膜结合轴突导向分子。它们是UNC-6/netrin家族的一个亚组。这两种基因都与涉及单核苷酸多态性的精神分裂症有关。它们都在大脑中表达，但G1主要在丘脑中表达，G2主要在皮层中表达。这两种蛋白质与经典的netrins的不同之处在于它们不能结合netrin受体，存在糖基磷脂酰肌醇膜锚定物，并产生多种异构体。Netrin G1至少有九种异构体，所有这些异构体都在成年大脑中表达。异构体G1a、c、d和e也在胎儿大脑中表达。G1c和G1d是表达量最高的Netrin G1异构体。Netrin G1参与NMDA受体的功能，并可能在雷特综合征(RTT)、非典型自闭症、癫痫和智力迟钝中发挥作用。
