NEIL3抗体（A-1）是一种IgA κ小鼠单克隆NEIL3抗体（也称为NEIL3抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测小鼠和大鼠来源的NEIL3蛋白。NEIL3抗体（A-1）可作为非偶联抗NEIL3抗体使用。NEIL1、NEIL2和NEIL3（也称为内切核酸酶VIII样1、2和3或DNA（脱嘌呤或脱嘧啶位点）裂合酶NEIL 1、2和3）是参与修复氧化损伤DNA的核蛋白。NEIL蛋白属于FPG家族。它们作为DNA糖基化酶，可以识别和去除受损的碱基，留下一个无碱基位点。然而，NEIL3缺乏N-末端脯氨酸残基，而N-末端脯氨酸残基是NEIL1和NEIL2中的活性位点残基。因此，关于NEIL3 DNA糖基化酶活性的报道是相互矛盾的。NEIL3定位于细胞核，仅在胸腺和睾丸组织中表达。推定的605个氨基酸的NEIL3蛋白包含一个FPG型锌指和一个RanBP2型锌指。

In the third figure, why doesn't this antibody cross react with the human fusion protein?

Thank you for your question. That data demonstrates that this antibody does not cross-react with the human NEIL3 recombinant protein. This antibody is specific for detection of NEIL3 of mouse and rat origin, and not expected to cross-react with human.

Can I use "Goat anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) - HRP" as the secondary antibody?

Thank you for your question. NEIL3 Antibody (A-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgA, so we would recommend using a secondary antibody that is specific for detection of mouse IgA. We would not recommend using a goat anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody with this primary antibody.

My group had tried several human NEIL3 antibodies in the past, and either got no results or additional of non-specific bands (perhaps degraded or PTMs). But this product gave one very sharp band in different cell lines. We are very impressed.
