Thank you for your question. We do not currently have any data in mouse with this antibody, but this clone has been published in mouse samples and so that is a recommended and warrantied species.

What negative control should be used when using the conjugated version of Nectin 1 (CK6): sc-21722 monoclonal antibody in flow cytometry?

Thank you for your inquiry. We recommend using the isotype specific normal mouse IgG conjugated to the same fluorophore. For example, if you are using sc-21722 PE, then you would want to use normal mouse IgG1 PE, sc-2866.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Antibody doesn't work in FCM and WBIn FCM I didn't have any signal i several cell lines including MJS and human primary and immortalized fibroblast. Then I checked it in WB with lysates of MJS and different colectoral cell lines (Colo205, SW620, Caco2) prepared with various temperature and time conditions. Finally I didn't observe any signal, even with 1:100 dilution and long time of exposition.
