NBR1抗体（4BR）是一种IgG1 κ鼠单克隆NBR1抗体（也称为NBR1抗体），它通过WB和IP检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的NBR1蛋白。NBR1抗体（4BR）可作为非偶联抗NBR1抗体使用。NBR1（BRCA1基因1的相邻基因），也称为M17S2、MIG19或1A13B，是一种由966个氨基酸组成的蛋白质，由一个与特征明确的肿瘤抑制因子BRCA1相邻的基因编码。NBR1最初被认为是卵巢癌抗原CA125，它包含结构基序，包括B-box/coiled线圈结构域、OPR结构域和ZZ型锌指，这些是几种参与细胞转化的蛋白质的特征。NBR1与SQSTM1（sequestosome 1蛋白）、Titin和MuRF2（肌肉特异性RING指蛋白2）相互作用，表明其可能在发育途径中发挥作用。由于选择性剪接事件，表达了两种异构体，分别命名为NBR1A和NBR1B。两种异构体在恶性乳腺组织中的表达均下调，表明NBR1可能参与肿瘤抑制。

Can I use NBR1 (4BR): sc-130380 monoclonal antibody for immunofluorescence?

Thank you for your question. We haven’t tested this antibody for immunofluorescence (IF), and so this is not a recommended application at this time. However, there are some product citations using this antibody for IF. Can I use NBR1 (4BR): sc-130380 monoclonal antibody for immunohistochemistry?

We have not yet tested this NBR1 antibody on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections, so that application is not currently recommended or warranted. However, this antibody has been cited in the literature for immunofluorescence (IF) so we will warranty the antibody for this application. For examples, see PMID’s: 21935636, 20808283 and 24472798.
