myotubularin抗体（F-1）是一种IgG2b κ小鼠单克隆myotubularin抗体（也称为myotubularin抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的myotubularin蛋白。myotubularin抗体（F-1）既可作为非偶联抗myotubularin抗体形式，也可作为多种偶联形式的抗myotubularin抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。X连锁隐性肌管性肌病是一种先天性肌肉疾病，其特征是严重的低张力和全身性肌肉无力，在大多数情况下，会导致出生后早期死亡。导致肌管性肌病的MTM1基因编码一种名为myotubularin的双特异性磷酸酶，该酶在进化过程中高度保守。MTM1基因定位于人类Xq28上IDS和GRBRA3之间的300 kb关键区域。人类MTM1是一种由603个氨基酸组成的蛋白质，在肌管性肌病中发生突变。在Charcot-Marie-Tooth神经病的隐性形式中发现了高度相关的蛋白质hMTMR2突变。Myotubularin主要是一种脂质磷酸酶，作用于磷脂酰肌醇3-单磷酸，并参与磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶（PI 3-激酶）通路和膜转运的调节。野生型myotubularin可以直接在体外去磷酸化PI3P和PI4P。因此，它通过下调PI3K活性和促进PI3P降解来降低PI3P水平。
