myogenin抗体（F5D）是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆myogenin抗体，可通过WB、IP、IF和IHC（P）检测小鼠、大鼠和人源的myogenin。myogenin抗体（F5D）可作为偶联和非偶联抗myogenin抗体形式提供。肌原细胞的分化受多种正负作用因子的调节。已知在肌肉细胞发育的调节中发挥重要作用的一组特征良好的螺旋-环-螺旋（HLH）蛋白包括Myo D、肌原蛋白、Myf-5和Myf-6（也命名为MRF-4或herculin）。有趣的是，大多数肌肉细胞在稳定状态下表达Myo D或Myf-5，但当诱导分化时，所有细胞都开启肌原蛋白的表达。Myo D转录因子与更广泛表达的bHLH基因家族的产物形成异二聚体，即E家族，该家族至少包含三个不同的基因：E2A、IF2和HEB。Myo D-E异二聚体强烈结合到共识（CANNTG）E盒目标位点，这些位点是许多肌肉特异性终端分化基因的上游调节序列中的功能重要元素。

I need a secondary reagent to be used with myogenin Antibody (F5D): sc-12732 mouse monoclonal antibody by Western blot? I will be using the Licor system. Do you have a recommendation?

We recommend using one our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins CFL 680 or CFL 790 as a secondary detection reagent. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems. Rated 5 out of 5 by from works finewe were given a free sample to try. It works just fine. It could detect as least as 5 ug of WCL loaded. And I re-used the diluted antibody for at least 5-8 times (kept the diluted AB at -20oC). For WB TBST was used, for blocking I used 5% milk in TBST.
