We are planning to use this clone in human muscle forzen samples, but we are unable to find any article which describes the IHC protocol (pretreatment type and time, primary time). Could you provide it?

Place setion in 3% Hydrogen peroxide /methanol for 10 minutes 4.Wash the section in PBS buffer for 3×5minutes. 5.Place setion in 10% normal goat serum for 20min 6.Incubate section with primary anitbody. Dilution:1:200 Diluent:1%BSA, 4℃,overnight 7.Wash the section in PBS buffer for 3×5minutes. 8.Incubate section with secondary anitbody. goat anti-mouse IgM ,ALEX FLOUR 555 Dilution:1:150 Diluent:10% goat serum,room temperature 40min. 9.Wash the section in PBS buffer for 3×5minutes. 10.Moutn the section and observe.
