Thank you for your question. The IgG2a Munc13-4 Antibody (C-12): sc-271301 was raised against amino acids 136-285 mapping near the N-terminus of Munc13-4 of human origin and is recommended for detection of Munc13-4 of human origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA. The IgG1 Munc13-4 Antibody (C-2) was raised against the same amino acid sequence, but is also recommended for detection of Munc13-4 of human origin by IHC(P). They differ in their respective isotypes and recommeded applications and are otherwise quite similar. Either antibody is suitable for detection of human Munc13-4.
