Mitofilin抗体（D-3）是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆Mitofilin抗体（也称为Mitofilin抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC（P）和ELISA检测来自小鼠、大鼠和人类的Mitofilin蛋白。Mitofilin抗体（D-3）既有非偶联抗Mitofilin抗体形式，也有多种偶联形式的抗Mitofilin抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。嵴是高度折叠的线粒体内膜隔室，上面镶嵌着细胞色素和ATP合酶蛋白，功能是提供一个大的表面积以供细胞呼吸发生。线粒体蛋白（也称为IMMT、HMP、PIG4或P87/89）是一种由758个氨基酸组成的线粒体内膜蛋白，优先表达于心脏组织中。线粒体蛋白存在三种选择性剪接的异构体，其功能是控制线粒体嵴的形态，包括嵴连接的形成和组织以及正常的管状嵴。由于线粒体蛋白在介导嵴的结构和功能中发挥作用，因此它对正常的线粒体功能至关重要，从而对整个细胞的存活也至关重要。

Thanks for your question. Anti-Mitofilin Antibody (D-3): sc-390707 is provided at 200 µg/ml. To 1 ml of cell lysate, or approximately 100–1000 µg of total cellular protein,incubate lysate with 1–10 µl (i.e., 0.2–2 µg) primary antibody (optimal antibody concentration should be determined by titration) . 感谢您的提问。Anti-Mitofilin 抗体(D-3): sc-390707浓度是200 µg/ml。对于1ml细胞裂解液或100-1000 µg全细胞蛋白，建议使用1-10ul一抗（最佳抗体浓度需要进行浓度滴定）。

I am using Mitofilin (D-3): sc-390707 monoclonal antibody to stain paraffin embedded tissue. Do you recommend antigen retrieval when using this antibody?
