I am using Mesothelin (C-2): sc-365324 monoclonal antibody to stain paraffin embedded tissue. Do you recommend antigen retrieval when using this antibody?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good resultUsed this Mesothelin protein antibody on paraffin embedded ovarian cancertissue , 1:200 antibody dilution, the expression of Mesothelin protein in the cytoplasm, we use the antibody detection of other tumor tissues.The expression of the target protein showed that Mesothelin is a good tumor marker.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from specific bandI didn't got target band at beginning.The Santa cruz technical support gave us very good suggestions.The suggestions make good sense.I followed the advice loading 60ug protein and use the 1:200 conceration.I got the target band at 43kda .
