MAP-1B抗体(H-8)是一种IgG2b κ小鼠单克隆MAP-1B抗体(也称为MAP1B抗体、MAP5抗体、蛋白磷酸酶1、调节亚基102抗体、PPP1R102抗体、MAP5抗体、FUTSCH(果蝇)同源抗体、脑室周围结节性异位症9抗体或PVNH9抗体),可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类的MAP-1B蛋白。MAP-1B抗体(H-8)既可作为非偶联抗MAP-1B抗体形式,也可作为多种偶联形式的抗MAP-1B抗体,包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。微管是细胞骨架网络的主要成分,与被称为微管相关蛋白(MAPs)的蛋白质相互作用。微管相关蛋白可分为结构性和动态性两类。结构性微管相关蛋白MAP-1A、MAP-1B、MAP-2A、MAP-2B和MAP-2C可刺激微管蛋白组装,增强微管稳定性,并影响细胞内微管的空间分布。MAP-1和更大程度上的MAP-2都被认为是微管解聚的因子,通过抑制微管的动态不稳定性来实现。MAP蛋白对微管动态不稳定性的抑制被认为与MAPs的磷酸化有关。
