Thank you for your inquiry. sc-20034 is recommended for detection of MAGE-A1, MAGE-A2, MAGE-A3, MAGE-A4, MAGE-A6, MAGE-A10 and MAGE-A12 of mouse, rat and human origin, so you need to perform sequence analysis or requst the free sample of sc-20034 to do a test. In addition, sc-20034 is raised against a prokaryotic recombinant fusion protein corresponding to the full length MAGE-A11. Can I use this mouse monoclonal antibody for immunohistochemical staining of mouse tissue? Or even double or triple staining on the same samples?
