MAG抗体(A-11)是一种IgG2a κ小鼠单克隆MAG抗体(也称为唾液酸结合Ig样凝集素4A抗体、髓磷脂相关糖蛋白抗体、SIGLEC-4A抗体、SIGLEC4A抗体、S-MAG抗体、GMA抗体、唾液酸结合免疫球蛋白样凝集素4A抗体、Siglec-4a抗体或SPG75抗体),它通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人的MAG蛋白。MAG抗体(A-11)既可作为非共轭抗MAG抗体形式,也可作为多种共轭抗MAG抗体形式,包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®共轭物。髓磷脂相关糖蛋白(MAG)是一种神经系统细胞表面粘附蛋白,参与将髓鞘形成神经胶质细胞与神经轴突连接。MAG含有一个唾液酸结合位点和五个IgG样结构域,因此将MAG鉴定为免疫球蛋白超家族亚组的成员。与髓磷脂一样,MAG抑制轴突生长并有助于髓磷脂的抑制特性。当小脑神经元预先与神经营养因子BDNF或GDNF孵育时,MAG的生长抑制作用被阻断。这表明这种神经营养因子的启动会提升cAMP并激活PKA。

I am using MAG (A-11): sc-166849 monoclonal antibody to stain paraffin embedded tissue. Do you recommend antigen retrieval when using this antibody?
