LATS1抗体（G-12）是一种IgG1 κ型小鼠单克隆LATS1抗体（也称为LATS（Large Tumor Suppressor Drosophila）同源1抗体、丝氨酸/苏氨酸-蛋白激酶LATS1抗体、大肿瘤抑制因子同源1抗体、WARTS蛋白激酶抗体、Warts抗体、LATS大肿瘤抑制因子同源1（Drosophila）抗体、LATS大肿瘤抑制因子同源1抗体或Wts抗体），可通过蛋白质印迹（WB）、免疫沉淀（IP）、免疫荧光（IF）和酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）检测到源自小鼠、大鼠和人类的LATS1蛋白。LATS1抗体（G-12）既有非偶联型抗LATS1抗体形式，也有多种偶联型抗LATS1抗体形式，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。Drosophila肿瘤抑制蛋白lats（大肿瘤抑制因子）是一种假定的蛋白激酶，与参与细胞周期和生长调节的粗糙脉孢菌和出芽酵母中的三种蛋白质具有同源性：酿酒酵母Dbf2和Dbf20，以及粗糙脉孢菌cot-1。在Drosophila的镶嵌筛选中，lats基因被确定为该物种的肿瘤抑制基因。人类同源基因，称为LATS1，被证明可以抑制lats缺陷型Drosophila的肿瘤生长。人类LATS1在有丝分裂早期与Cdc2结合，似乎对Cdc2的激酶活性具有负调节作用。LATS1缺陷型小鼠对致癌处理高度敏感，并会发展出软组织肉瘤和卵巢基质细胞瘤，这表明哺乳动物LATS1在肿瘤发生中具有作用。

does this antibody work for immunostaining?

Thank you for your question. LATS1 Antibody (G-12): sc-398560 is recommended for detection of LATS1 of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA, so it will work for immunostaining in samples from those species.

We tried loading 30-50 ug of protein/well, blocking with BSA, not blocking at all, changing the Tween concentration in our buffers, increasing the primary and secondary concentrations....nothing. We even tried the kappa chain-specific SCBT secondary antibodies with no success.
