Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not suitable for mouse IFI compared B-10 (sc-374015), A-11 (sc-377000) and 8D1 (sc-56144) for IF of both MEF wt and MEF Lmnb1-/-. A-11 is not capable of IF with mouse embryonic fibroblasts in our condition (neither -20C MeOH 10min or 4%PFA 15min fixation followed 1:500 dilution / 4C overnight reaction). I strongly recommend B-10 or 8D1 for IF of mouse cells.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great resultsBought this Ab conjugated to Alexa Fluor 647 for use in an IF assay using ImagestreamX and it worked reasonably well at 1:50 dilution. Despite being conjugated, we were also able to use the same Ab in a standard WB and at 1:500 dilution, we saw a strong, clear band in HL-60 nuclear lysate with no obvious hindrance from the fluor tag.
