KV1.5抗体(A-3)是一种IgG3 κ小鼠单克隆KV1.5抗体,可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测人源性KV1.5蛋白。KV1.5抗体(A-3)为非偶联型抗KV1.5抗体。质膜中的电压门控K+通道控制神经元、肌肉和其他可兴奋细胞的动作电位复极化和频率。KV基因家族编码30多种基因,这些基因构成K+通道的亚单位,在通道门控、通透特性、亚细胞分布和表达模式方面存在差异。功能性KV通道由构成孔隙的α-亚单位(KVα,包括KV1、KV2、KV3和KV4蛋白)和修饰共表达的KVα亚单位门控特性的辅助或KVβ亚单位组成的四聚体组装而成。大鼠和人脑表达的主要KV1亚单位(KV1.1、KV1.2、KV1.4、KV1.5和KV1.6)在转运、生物合成处理和表面表达模式方面存在差异,表明各蛋白质亚单位受到高度调控,以控制功能性神经元通道的组装和形成。
