Thank you for your question. Based on our tests with this antibody, Ki67 Antibody (Ki-67) is only recommended for detection of Ki67 of human origin by WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) and FCM. There is some data citing use of the antibody in murine samples, though.

Hi there, I found the antibody has been conjugated with Alex 488 but if I would like to use 594 for the secondary antibody conjugation, may I still do that? Thank you!

Since you already have a primary conjugated with Alexa Fluor 488. It will not be compatible with an Alexa Fluor 594 secondary or any secondary.

Thank you for your question. We do not recommend the antibody for rabbit. There is a 43% homology and we only warranty a species if the homology is 95% or higher.
