Junctophilin-2抗体（H-3）是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆Junctophilin-2抗体（也称为JPH2抗体或JP-2抗体），它通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的Junctophilin-2蛋白。Junctophilin-2抗体（H-3）既可作为非共轭抗Junctophilin-2抗体形式提供，也可作为多种共轭形式的抗Junctophilin-2抗体提供，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®共轭物。Junctophilins是所有可兴奋细胞中存在于质膜与内质网或肌质网之间的连接复合物的组成部分。Junctophilins包含一个与质膜结合的细胞质结构域，以及一个跨越ER/SR膜的疏水C端片段。该家族中的三种亚型分别是Junctophilin-1、-2和-3。Junctophilin-1主要在骨骼肌中表达，但在心脏中也有低水平表达。Junctophilin-2在心脏和骨骼肌中表达。缺乏Jph2基因的突变小鼠表现出胚胎致死性，并且其心肌细胞表现出异常的钙瞬变。Junctophilin-3在脑中表达。有人提出，JPH3的可选剪接外显子2A是CTG重复扩增的位点，可导致类似亨廷顿病的常染色体显性障碍。
