c-Jun N-末端激酶（JNKs）磷酸化并增强c-Jun的转录活性。JNKs由三种基因通过选择性mRNA剪接产生10种异构体，包括代表p46异构体的JNK1a1、JNK1b1、JNK2a1、JNK2b1和JNK3a1，以及代表p54异构体的JNK1a2、JNK1b2、JNK2a2、JNK2b2和JNK3b2。JNKs协调细胞对压力的反应并影响细胞生长和转化的调节。人类JNK1（PRKM8，SAPK1，MAPK8）基因映射到染色体10q11.22，与JNK2具有83%的氨基酸同源性。JNK1对于CD4辅助T（TH）细胞正常激活和分化为TH1和TH2效应细胞是必需的。辣椒素在ras转化的人乳腺上皮细胞中激活JNK1和p38。氮氧化物（NOx）除了上调c-Fos，c-Jun和其他信号激酶（包括MEKK1和p38）外，还上调了JNK1。

Thank you for your question. Yes, JNK1/2 (E-5): sc-137020 has been validated for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections.
