    IP受体抗体(B-6)是一种小鼠单克隆IgM抗体,可通过蛋白质印迹(WB)、免疫沉淀(IP)、免疫荧光(IF)、免疫组织化学和酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的IP受体。抗IP受体抗体(B-6)以非结合形式提供。IP受体在介导前列环素(PGI2)的作用方面发挥着关键作用,PGI2是一种在血管组织中合成的关键前列腺素,对于调节血管张力和血小板功能至关重要。前列环素以其抑制血小板聚集和诱导血管舒张的能力而闻名,因此前列环素是心血管健康的重要因素。当与IP受体结合后,前列环素通过Gas蛋白激活腺苷酸环化酶,从而增加环磷酸腺苷的水平,进一步促进血管舒张并抑制血小板活化。编码人类IP受体的基因位于19号染色体上,以糖基化和磷酸化蛋白的形式表达,主要存在于血管组织中,如主动脉、肺、心房和心室,以及肾脏、胸腺、脾脏和神经元中。了解IP受体的功能和前列环素的相互作用对于制定高血压和其他心血管疾病的治疗策略至关重要。

    I am looking to purchase IP Receptor antibodies for western blotting and noticed you have 2 versions: "IP Receptor Antibody (B-3): sc-365268" and "IP Receptor Antibody (B-6): sc-515139". Would it be possible to tell me how these products differ?

    Thank you for your question. These two antibodies differ in their isotypes (IgM vs IgG2a) as well as their epitope regions within their target protein (aa 365-389 of murine protein vs aa 291-386 of human protein). Both antibodies are recommended for WB, IP, IF, and ELISA applications with samples from mouse, rat, and human, but only IP Receptor Antibody (B-6) sc-515139 us recommended for IHC(P).
