ILT-4抗体(42D1)是一种IgG2a大鼠单克隆ILT-4抗体(也称为ILT-4抗体),可通过WB、IP和FCM检测人源的ILT-4蛋白。ILT-4抗体(42D1)既可作为非偶联抗ILT-4抗体形式,也可作为多种偶联形式的抗ILT-4抗体,包括PE、FITC。白细胞免疫球蛋白样受体(LIRs)是免疫球蛋白超家族的糖蛋白成员,主要由单核细胞、B细胞、树突状细胞、自然杀伤(NK)细胞、外周血白细胞以及胎盘、肺和肝等组织表达。这些受体都含有一个细胞质免疫受体酪氨酸基抑制基序(ITIM),具有抑制功能,属于I型膜蛋白。当它们与MHC(或其他配体)结合且ITIM发生酪氨酸磷酸化时,会招募蛋白质酪氨酸磷酸酶并触发抑制性信号级联反应。ILT-4,也称为LIR-2、MIR-10或CD85d抗原,与CD8A竞争结合I类MHC抗原。

Can ILT-4 (42D1): sc-53594 monoclonal antibody be used in IF or IHC with mouse tissue or cells? Will there be non-specific staining?

Thank you for your inquiry. The use of mouse monoclonal antibodies with mouse samples is very common and typically poses no problem. To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent, ILT-4 (42D1): sc-53594 is available in a variety of direct conjugations, such as HRP, PE, FITC and AlexaFluors.
