IL-8抗体(C-11)是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆IL-8抗体(也称为CXCL8抗体、白细胞介素-8抗体、Emoctakin抗体或粒细胞趋化蛋白1抗体),可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测人源IL-8蛋白。IL-8抗体(C-11)既可以是非偶联的抗IL-8抗体形式,也可以是多种偶联形式的抗IL-8抗体,包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。白细胞介素-8(IL-8)是C-X-C趋化因子家族的原型成员,是一种趋化性细胞因子,参与中性粒细胞的趋化和激活。IL-8的表达与多种慢性炎症性疾病相关,包括炎症性肠病(IBD)和动脉粥样硬化。IL-8由99个氨基酸前体裂解而来,产生一个由72个氨基酸组成的非糖基化、具有生物活性的蛋白质。IL-8单体和二聚体在溶液中和细胞表面结合形式中均呈现出动态平衡,从而调节趋化性和受体信号传导。研究表明,IL-8的二聚化作用对IL-8受体功能起负调控作用。已发现两种IL-8受体,分别称为IL-8RA和IL-8RB,它们具有77%的序列同一性。这两种受体都是七跨膜结构域蛋白(7TMD),与G蛋白偶联受体相似,除了作为IL-8的受体外,还充当α和β趋化因子家族其他成员的受体。

How can IL-8 (C-11): sc-376750 monoclonal antibody be used for double or triple staining, if the other primary antibodies are also raised in mouse?

In this case, we recommend using a directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibody. This mouse monoclonal antibody, c-Myc (9E10), is currently available conjugated to phycoerythrin (sc-376750 PE), fluorescein (sc-376750 FITC), Alexa Fluor® 488 (sc-376750 AF488) or Alexa Fluor® 647 (sc-376750 AF647).

I am using the LiCor/Odyssey system. Which secondary antibody do you recommend using with IL-8 (C-11): sc-376750?

We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins (m-IgGκ) conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems.
