IL-11Rα抗体（4D12）是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆IL-11R alpha抗体（也称为IL-11Rα抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和FCM检测小鼠、大鼠和人源的IL-11R alpha蛋白。IL-11Rα抗体（4D12）既可以是非偶联的抗IL-11R alpha抗体形式，也可以是多种偶联形式的抗IL-11R alpha抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。多效性细胞因子IL-11已被证明对淋巴系、髓系和红系细胞具有增殖和分化作用。IL-11还具有体外抑制脂肪生成的抑制作用。IL-11α受体，即IL-11Rα，是细胞因子受体家族I类亚组的成员，与人类睫状神经营养因子（CNTF）的α亚基和小鼠IL-6受体具有结构相似性。推测IL-11Rα调节成骨祖细胞和间充质细胞的增殖和/或分化。gp130和IL-11α的共表达对于IL-11与IL-11Rα的高亲和力结合是必要的。研究还发现，IL-11Rα和gp130的共表达是适当刺激Ba/F3细胞分化为巨噬细胞以响应IL-11所必需的。

Can IL11R (4D12): sc-130920 be used in ELISA experiments, and how effective is it ？

Is this antibody is specific to a certain portion of IL11RA? For flow cytometry, is it able to detect the surface (extracellular) portion of IL11RA in live cells or does it require fix/perm before staining?

Can IL-11Rα (4D12): sc-130920 monoclonal antibody be used in IF or IHC with mouse tissue or cells? Will there be non-specific staining?

Thank you for your inquiry. The use of mouse monoclonal antibodies with mouse samples is very common and typically poses no problem. To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent, IL-11Rα (4D12): sc-130920 is available in a variety of direct conjugations, such as HRP, PE, FITC and AlexaFluors.
