I am using IGF-IRα (2C8): sc-463 monoclonal antibody to stain paraffin embedded tissue. Do you recommend antigen retrieval when using this antibody?

The results indicated the target protein expression in rat brain tissue were obviously decreased. The antibody worked very well. According to the recommended concentration,the signal was strong in the controled sample group.
