Can I check whether this would be reactive to human cells please?

Thank you for your question. Anti-IFN-γRβ Antibody (MOB-47): sc-12752 is only recommended for detection of IFN-γRβ of mouse origin by WB, IP, IF and FCM. Based on our tests with this product, we do not recommend it for work with human samples.

How can IFN-γRβ (MOB-47): sc-12752 mouse monoclonal antibody be used for double or triple staining, if the other primary antibodies are also raised in mouse?

In this case, we recommend using a directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibody. This antibody is available conjugated to phycoerythrin (sc-12752 PE) or fluoroscein (sc-12752 FITC).
