Hello we are using your antibody SC-8439 to stain rat livers and the staining pattern is cytoplasmic and looks very concentrated in certain areas (is not the sinusoidal staining pattern shown above. Can you help?

How can this mouse monoclonal antibody be used for double or triple staining, if the other primary antibodies are also raised in mouse?

In this case, we recommend using a directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibody. This mouse monoclonal antibody ICAM-1 is currently available conjugated to HRP (sc-8439 HRP), 200 µg/ml, for WB, IHC(P) and ELISA; and to either phycoerythrin (sc-8439 PE) or fluoroscein (sc-8439 FITC), Alexa Fluor® 488 (sc-8439 AF488) or Alexa Fluor® 647 (sc-8439 AF647), 200 µg/ml, for IF, IHC(P) and FCM
