HPV18 E6抗体(G-7)是一种IgG1κ小鼠单克隆HPV18 E6抗体,可检测HPV18 E6蛋白。HPV18 E6抗体(G-7)既可作为非偶联的抗HPV18 E6抗体形式,也可作为多种偶联形式的抗HPV18 E6抗体,包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。人类乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)根据其与癌症的关系可分为高风险或低风险。HPV16和HPV18是最常见的高危型别,而HPV6和HPV11属于低危型别。大约90%的宫颈癌含有高危型HPV DNA。突变分析表明,高危型HPV的E6和E7基因是HPV转化功能的必要和充分条件。E6和E7蛋白分别与p53和pRB的特定相互作用与HPV的高风险和低风险分类相关。高危型HPV E7蛋白与pRB的亲和力高于低危型HPV蛋白,只有高危型HPV E6蛋白在体外与p53形成可检测的复合物。

I am using the LiCor/Odyssey system. Which secondary antibody do you recommend using with HPV18 E6 (G-7): sc-365089?

We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins (m-IgGκ) conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems.
