HNF-3β抗体(RY-7)是一种IgG2a κ小鼠单克隆HNF-3β抗体(也称为HNF-3β抗体或FOXA2抗体),能够通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA技术检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的HNF-3β。HNF-3β抗体(RY-7)以非偶联的抗HNF-3β抗体形式提供。HNF-1(α和β)、HNF-3(α、β和γ)、HNF-4(α和γ)以及HNF-6部分组成了一个被指定为肝细胞核因子家族的同蛋白家族。各种HNF-1异构体调节肝脏以及其他组织(如肾脏、小肠和胸腺)中的基因转录。HNF-3α、HNF-3β和HNF-3γ调节成年肝脏中众多肝细胞基因的转录。HNF-3α和HNF-3β还参与原肠胚形成事件,如体轴形成。HNF-4α和HNF-4γ对早期胚胎发育很重要。HNF-4α在肝脏、肾脏、胰腺、小肠、睾丸和结肠中表达;HNF-4γ在这些组织中除肝脏外均有表达。已显示HNF-6与HNF-3β的启动子结合,这表明HNF-6在肠内胚层上皮细胞分化中的潜在作用。有证据表明,HNF-6也可能是至少22个其他肝细胞富集基因的转录激活因子,包括细胞色素P450 2C13和α-1抗胰蛋白酶。

Staining in endoderm cells was much brighter, thus I would recommend the antibody to anyone looking to distinguish these two cell types from one another.
