HLA-E抗体(3H2679)是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆HLA-E抗体(也称为HLA主要组织相容性复合体、I类E抗体、人类白细胞抗原(HLA)E抗体、45 kDa跨膜I类人类白细胞抗原E抗体、染色体6p22基因复合体1E抗体或自然杀伤细胞(NK)扩增标记抗体),可通过WB、IP、IF和IHC(P)检测人源HLA-E蛋白。HLA-E抗体(3H2679)可作为非偶联抗HLA-E抗体提供。主要组织相容性复合体(MHC)分子,包括人类白细胞抗原(HLA),是免疫反应系统的重要组成部分。它们是细胞表面受体,结合外来肽并将其呈递给细胞毒性T淋巴细胞(CTL)。MHC I类分子由两条多肽链组成,一条是α链或重链,另一条是非共价结合的蛋白,即β2-微球蛋白。MHC I类和II类分子的不同结构特性决定了它们在激活不同T淋巴细胞群中的各自作用。HLA-A是一种MHC I类重链分子,通过呈递来自内质网腔的肽在免疫系统中发挥核心作用。HLA-B和HLA-C是由密切相关基因编码的蛋白质,也存在于MHC I类中。HLA-E属于HLA I类重链同源物。HLA-E是由重链和轻链组成的异二聚体。重链锚定在膜上。HLA-E结合来自其他I类分子前导肽的限制性肽子集。

Can sc-71262: HLA-E (3H2679) monoclonal antibody be used to stain formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections?

Thank you for your question. Yes, sc-71262: HLA-E (3H2679) is recommended for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections.
