Thank you for your question. If you are referring to blocking we recommend 5%milk in TBST. The recommended starting dilution range is 1:100-1:1000.

Does this antibody work against RGS.6His tag?

Thank you for your question. Anti-His-Tag Antibody (H-3): sc-8036 can be used to detect any recombinant protein containing a conventional His tag and would be suitable for this application as well.

Thank you for your question. This antibody was raised against a His tagged recombinant protein. Unfortunately the exact epitope has not been mapped, so we do not have further information.

What buffer should i use to dilute the antibody? can the antibody be stored in that buffer?

Thank you for your question. This depends on the application you are using the antibody for, so it is difficult to answer. For Western blotting we recommend 5% milk with TBS-T, and for IHC we would recommend using a blocking serum or reagent.
