丙型肝炎病毒(Hep C)是一种小的、包膜的、单链的、正链RNA病毒,属于黄病毒科。当感染个体的血液进入未感染个体的身体时,病毒就会传播。Hep C主要在肝脏的肝细胞内复制,循环中的Hep C颗粒与表面受体结合并进入这些细胞。Hep C复制迅速,在感染个体中每天产生大约一万亿个颗粒。Hep C RNA聚合酶没有校对功能,因此该病毒具有极高的突变率,这可能有助于它逃避宿主的免疫系统。Hep C感染导致大多数人的慢性感染、肝硬化和肝细胞癌。Hep C的核心蛋白,称为Hep C cAg,在不同的病毒基因型中得到了很好的保护,并且可能通过上调结缔组织生长因子和TGFβ1来促进肝纤维化。

How many slides can be stained for IHC by the total volume of antibody?

Thank you for your question. We provide this antibody at a concentration of 100 ug in 1 ml volume. The recommended starting dilution for IHC is 1:50 (range of 1:25-1:500). The number of slides that can be stained depend on your dilution, as well as your working volume.
