Please tell me the protocol followed to run this western blot and reason for multimers of HBV core using Hep B cAg Antibody (C1-5): sc-23945. while with of HBV core Cat no. Hep B cAg antibody 10E11 : sc-23947 shows single band only.

do you have any examples of this antibody being used for western blotting on HBV-infected cells?

I am considering this antibody for my assay study, I need to know is the example WB picture done in reducing condition or non-reducing condition? Does this antibody recognize the epitope in both reducing and non-reducing condition? Thanks！

We have not tested it in non-reducing conditions, but it is very possible that it will detect the epitope under non-reducing conditions as well. I am going to run a Western blot with this antibody, what is the expected molecular weight?

The expected molecular weight for Hep B cAg is 21kDa, however it has been reported that this protein may be able to form dimers, trimers or even tetramers. Our in house testing on this antibody on recombinant protein shows potential multimers, however we do not have information regarding endogenous samples.
