HA-Tag抗体（F-7）是一种IgG2aκ小鼠单克隆HA-Tag抗体（也称为HA-probe抗体），用于检测HA-Tag蛋白。HA-Tag抗体（F-7）既可作为非偶联抗HA-Tag抗体形式，也可作为多种偶联形式的抗HA-Tag抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。用于在细菌、昆虫和哺乳动物宿主中表达真核基因编码区的质粒载体是常用的；这种表达载体经常用于编码由真核靶蛋白和旨在帮助靶蛋白纯化和可视化的特殊区域组成的杂合融合蛋白。例如，pCDM8表达载体及其衍生物编码靶蛋白与来自流感蛋白血凝素（HA）的11个氨基酸肽之间的融合。当使用专门针对HA表位标签的抗体进行检测时，使用HA标签抗体检测的HA表位标签在Western印迹和表达的融合蛋白的免疫组织化学定位中是有用的。

Does the anti HA antibody (F-7) work when diluted in 5% milk? And if the milk is used to for blocking?

I have an expression plasmid where the HA-taq is located like this: N´- 2xNLS - linker - HA - protein sequence -C´. Can this antibody detect the HA-tag when it is not N- or C-terminal, but in the middle of the protein sequence?

Hello, For the WB detection, how many hours of treatment with 1:1000 dilution do you recommend?

Thank you for your question. We recommend incubating over night at +4 °C. Depending on your samples and experimental setup different dilutions may produce better results on your western blots.
