GW182抗体（4B6）是一种IgG1κ小鼠单克隆GW182抗体，可通过WB、IP、IF和IHC（P）检测小鼠、大鼠和人源的GW182。 GW182抗体（4B6）有偶联和非偶联两种抗GW182抗体形式。GW体（GWB）是mRNA的储存中心和降解位点。GWB是miRNA功能的关键细胞内结构。GWB的解体或破坏已被证明会损害siRNA和miRNA的沉默活性。GW182是GWB的细胞质标记蛋白。GW182自身抗原，也称为EMSY相互作用蛋白，在维持GWB结构的稳定性和稳定性方面发挥作用。GW182是一种广泛表达的结合mRNA的蛋白质。GW182蛋白可能与内源性AGO2相互作用，AGO2也富含于GWB中。在患有共济失调、干燥综合征（SS）和感觉神经病的患者中检测到GW182蛋白，这些患者会产生针对GWB结构蛋白的自身抗体。
