GPI抗体（H-10）是一种IgG3 κ小鼠单克隆GPI抗体，可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的GPI蛋白。GPI抗体（H-10）可以是非偶联的抗GPI抗体。葡萄糖-6-磷酸异构酶（GPI）有许多其他名称，包括磷酸己糖异构酶（PHI）、神经白介素（NLK）和精子抗原-36（SA-36）。GPI是一种属于GPI家族的胞质同源二聚体。它是脊髓和感觉神经元的神经营养因子，参与糖酵解和糖异生。GPI的缺陷或突变可引起遗传性非球形溶血性贫血（HA）、胎儿水肿、新生儿立即死亡和神经系统损伤。

This product was recommended through the GPI anchor antibody page, but this is an antibody of GPI protein, not for GPI anchor. Which product is used for GPI anchored modification detecion?

Thank you for your question. The immunogen information of this antibody is: specific for an epitope mapping between amino acids 67-102 near the N-terminus of GPI of human origin. This primary antibody is recommended for detection of GPI of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA; also reactive with additional species, including porcine.
