GP78-1抗体(F-3)是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆GP78-1抗体(也称为GP78-1抗体),可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA方法检测来自小鼠、大鼠和人的GP78-1蛋白。GP78-1抗体(F-3)既可以是非偶联的抗GP78-1抗体形式,也可以是多种偶联形式的抗GP78-1抗体,包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。GP78是自分泌运动因子(AMF)受体。AMF(也称为神经白细胞素或NLK)是一种肿瘤分泌的细胞因子,可诱导体内侵袭和转移。AMF通过与GP78的相互作用在体外诱导肿瘤细胞运动。GP78在正常细胞膜上均匀分布,但定位于癌细胞的前端和后端。在胃癌中,GP78的表面表达与肿瘤浸润的病理分期和分级相关。AMF和GP78的相互作用可能涉及学习和记忆形成的突触机制。迷宫学习后,大鼠海马体中GP78和AMF的表达增加。具体而言,GP78是内质网(ER)的RING指依赖性泛素蛋白连接酶(E3)。 GP78招募UBC7,一种泛素结合酶(E2)。GP78的E3活性表明转移和泛素介导的蛋白质降解之间可能存在联系。在人类中,GP78 mRNA的选择性剪接产生两种不同的亚型,1和2,分别为I型膜蛋白和整合膜蛋白。
