GM-CSF抗体（B6-2-hGMCSF）是一种小鼠单克隆IgG1 kappa轻链抗体，可通过蛋白质印迹（WB）、免疫沉淀（IP）、免疫荧光（IF）和免疫组织化学检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的GM-CSF蛋白。抗GM-CSF抗体（B6-2-hGMCSF）有非结合型和多种结合型，包括琼脂糖、辣根过氧化物酶（HRP）、藻红蛋白（PE）、异硫氰酸荧光素（FITC）和多种Alexa Fluor®结合物。粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子（GM-CSF）是一种重要的多效细胞因子，通过刺激造血祖细胞增殖并分化成粒细胞和巨噬细胞，在免疫反应中发挥重要作用。人类GM-CSF的成熟形式由127个氨基酸组成，而小鼠的对应形式有124个氨基酸，与人源版本有大约60%的同源性。GM-CSF是一种糖蛋白，可促进免疫细胞生长并增强其功能，例如人体中性粒细胞中胞浆磷脂酶A2（cPLA2）的磷酸化，而后者对于炎症介质的产生至关重要。cPLA2的磷酸化可导致酶活性增强，从而加剧炎症反应。GM-CSF是免疫学和治疗干预研究的重要目标，特别是在免疫系统受损或失调的情况下。

Are there any issues with using sc-32753: GM-CSF (B6-2-hGMCSF) mouse monoclonal primary antibody on mouse samples?

To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent,we recommend using a directly conjugated primary antibody.
